In this article we will discussing about the recent cases related to religion discrimination which took place recently in Tamil Nadu, & Jharkhand.

Cases included:

⇛1. Jharkhand Police hounds fruit sellers for naming shop Hindu Phal Dukan.

⇛2. Chennai Jain Bakery Owner Arrested for advert “no Muslim staff.

Jharkhand Police hounds fruit sellers for naming shop ‘Hindu Phal Dukan’. Lets talk about our first case, which took place in Jharkhand where a fruit seller used a banner, which says ‘Vishwa Hindu Parishad (KI ANUMODIT) Hindu Phal Dukan.

In addition as you can see in above pic it also hold image of two Hindu deities “lord Ram” and “lord Shiva" But praising your own religion and culture does not fit in Jharkhand’s police pocket as it harms the secularism of the country as complaint raised by one of the twitter user named “Ahsan Razi” on about the clear indication of religion by the retailers

Police reached at the spot and made seller to remove the banner. And further the concerned (Jamshedpur Police took to Twitter to inform) fruit-sellers have been charged under Section 107D of the Indian Penal Code 1860. This section deals with action against persons who are “likely to commit a breach of the peace or disturb the public tranquillity or to do any wrongful act that may probably occasion a breach of the peace or disturb the public tranquillity”.

Moving toward second case about “Chennai Bakery Owner Arrested for Advertising Discriminating Muslims” circulated in WhatsApp groups in which he mentioned ‘Made by Jains on Order, No Muslim Staff’, the police said.

32 year Prasanth, the owner of Jain Bakeries and Confectioneries now has been arrested by the police for the advertisement put by him on whatsapp group and charged with Sections 295A (Deliberate, malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings of any class by insulting its religion), and Under Section 504 of the indian penal code 1860. (Whoever intentionally insults, and thereby gives provocation to any person, intending or knowing it to be likely that such provocation will cause him to break the public peace)

OUR OPINION:

Article 19(1) (a) of the Constitution of India states that, “all citizens shall have the right to freedom of speech and expression”. The philosophy behind this Article lies in the Preamble of the Constitution, where a solemn resolve is made to secure to all its citizen, liberty of thought and expression. The exercise of this right is, however, subject to “reasonable restrictions” for certain purposes being imposed under Article 19(2) of the Constitution of India.

We are moving toward the monopoly of the Islam over the certain businesses in India . People are smartly misusing the democracy and targeting certain groups ,communities and moving them apart from their roots . If we feel ashamed what we are believe me we will be wiped out like Romans. You may ignore this things by saying “what I can do” but this small droplet of hates may make ocean of war against you.

This cases really hurt as if same thing you reverse on other communities you will certain violent people on roads damaging public properties. But I just we should raise our voice peacefully to fought against this discriminatory act by police over “ Fruit seller” & “ Bakery owner”

The fruit seller just used “Hindu” word as many people in the India use their religion name on their business you find many such shops over the internet why police are not taking action on them why police except secularism from few religion. It is my freedom to choose who will work for me in my shop (talking regarding Chennai Bakery case) it my option whether I don’t want to take a person from certain group as they not fit in my criteria.

I may ask this so, called secular people one question why they don’t they file cases over the illegal Halal food certification it is also important to remember that the Government of India does not mandate Halal certification, it only has its FSSAI certification.

Halal just say non-muslims are not allowed to work due to halal procedure as it can only be performed my muslim. This is also a discriminatory act for non-muslims. Thus, non-Muslims are automatically denied employment at a Halal meat firm. Guidelines by Halal certification authorities make it clear that non-Muslim employees cannot be employed in any part of the slaughtering process. Even the labelling of the meat can be done by Muslims only. Animals slaughtered by Non-Muslims will not be Halal. Halal is a discriminatory practice by its very nature.

From above information we can say that due this certain type of monopoly crated and thus led to huge profit. And loses of non muslim worker.
